Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and client development to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Coach and mentor team to deliver exceptional Tiffany Experience on the sales floor.
• Ensure operational excellence with back-of-house efficiency and compliance with procedures.
• Recruit and develop talent to build a diverse, multilingual, top-performing team.
