Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while preserving brand recognition.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and POS systems; strong client tracking skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to achieve sales plans and deliver Tiffany Experience.
• Drive client development, cultivate new and existing clients, and manage key product pillars.
• Elevate in-store hospitality and service, coaching based on client feedback.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to internal controls and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and retain talent; build a diverse and multili ngual team pipeline.
