Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience within luxury home décor, interiors, lifestyle, fashion, jewelry, or a related category.
• Strong client relationship skills and experience using CRM tools to support personalized outreach.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique performance by achieving sales targets and tracking KPIs.
• Deliver warm, personalized client experiences reflecting service standards.
• Develop client outreach to drive repeat business and appointments.
• Build relationships with private clients and local designers.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and craftsmanship.
• Oversee inquiries, special orders, and after-sales service.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Set goals and provide feedback on sales, service, and operations.
• Maintain stock records, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate with head office on reporting and merchandising needs.
• Support in-store events and client appointments to strengthen relationships.
