Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably within luxury fashion, premium retail, hospitality, or another service-driven environment.
• Previous Store Manager experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering an elevated luxury client experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong clienteling background and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of the New York luxury market is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and key business periods.

• Analyze traffic, conversion, transactions, ATV, UPT, and clienteling productivity.
• Translate business results into clear strategies, coaching priorities, and action plans.
