Job summary

MŌDUM is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its Soho boutique in New York to lead commercial performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and grow a high-performing team. You will translate the brand’s creative identity into a compelling in-store experience and manage relationships with an international clientele.

Reporting to senior retail leadership, you will drive sales, CRM initiatives, and CRM-driven clienteling while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in fashion or luxury retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and leading teams.
• Strong clienteling, CRM and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Passion for luxury fashion, design and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and performance against commercial targets.
