Job summary

Our client, a luxury fashion house, seeks a Luxury Boutique Stylist for their Beverly Hills location. You will deliver elevated service and provide operational support to ensure a seamless luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting the boutique team with sales, and handling inventory tasks. Evening and weekend availability is required; prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• High School Diploma minimum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable with basic technology, inventory processes, and cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and stand for duration of shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm, elevated service approach.
• Provide sales and service support to the boutique team.
• Support daily operations including inventory organization, shipment processing, stock handling, and cycle counts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues professionally.
• Additional duties as assigned.
