Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement boutique business plans and local marketing to drive traffic and grow customer base.
• Lead selling floor sales, coach and motivate associates to meet sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and conduct performance reviews; drive team development.
• Manage daily store operations including scheduling, payroll approval, POS usage and inventory tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, reduce shrinkage and prepare business reports for leadership.
