Berluti in Beverly Hills is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, manage the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role requires deep product knowledge, leadership, and CRM-savvy to drive sales and customer loyalty.

The successful candidate will partner with Store Management and US HQ to execute brand initiatives, nurture talent, and uphold Berluti’s luxury standards in service, presentation, and results.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales within luxury fashion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent product knowledge and trend awareness.
• CRM expertise and ability to drive customer loyalty.
• Proficient in computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and developing store activity and performance under store management guidance.
• Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs for sales and staff performance, as well as CRM KPIs.
• Maximize potential across product categories by leveraging resources (VM, training, CRM, events).
• Identify opportunities with US headquarters teams and Store Manager to share best practices.
• Ensure excellence in customer service and promote customer loyalty to meet targets.
• Be an expert in products and industry trends; support initiatives to drive business.
• Onboarding new recruits and contributing to team development and training.
