Job summary

Ana Luisa is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for King Of Prussia Mall to lead luxury client experiences and drive store performance. This role partners closely with the Store Manager to inspire the team, deliver exceptional service, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced premium environment.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, optimize scheduling, manage inventory, and execute in-store events that strengthen client relationships and brand loyalty at Ana Luisa.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury or premium retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and clienteling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team with Store Manager.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and coaching.
• Drive sales performance and KPI achievement including conversion, AOV, UPT.
• Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences.
• Lead on in-store events and client experiences.
• Oversee inventory, omni-channel transactions, and store organization.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Optimize scheduling and team productivity.
