Job summary

Ana Luisa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for King of Prussia Mall to lead and inspire a high-performing team in a luxury jewelry environment. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and uphold premium brand standards.

You will develop talent, manage clienteling initiatives, and oversee operations including inventory, omni-channel transactions, and events that engage the community and strengthen brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and clienteling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Drive sales, KPI achievement, conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retention.
• Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences.
• Lead on-floor leadership and brand standards.
• Plan and execute in-store events and client experiences.
• Champion clienteling initiatives and leverage customer insights.
• Oversee inventory, omni-channel transactions, and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Coordinate scheduling and team productivity with store leadership.
