Ana Luisa is seeking a Floor Lead, Operations at the King of Prussia Mall to drive store performance through operational excellence and elevated client experiences. You will blend leadership with hands-on floor presence to develop the team, foster client relationships, and meet KPI targets.

The role emphasizes inventory integrity, loss prevention, and maintaining luxury standards on the sales floor, with collaboration across HQ and store leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years retail leadership and operations experience.
• Experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire a high-performing team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining inventory accuracy, organization, and loss prevention.
• Partner with store leadership to achieve sales goals and KPI metrics (conversion, AOV, UPT, client retention).
• Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that strengthen loyalty and brand affinity.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays, pricing, and product presentation meet brand expectations.
• Oversee front and back of house operations, including replenishment, shipments, audits, and omni-channel transactions.
• Coach team members, support clienteling efforts, and reinforce luxury service standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with HQ Operations to optimize processes and improve store performance.
