Ana Luisa is seeking a Floor Lead, Operations at King of Prussia Mall to drive operational excellence and elevate client experiences. This role blends leadership on the floor with back-office oversight to ensure flawless store execution and brand standards.

The Floor Lead partners with store leadership to foster team development, manage inventory integrity, and contribute to achieving KPIs while delivering bespoke service and maintaining luxury presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail leadership and operations experience.
• Strong operational and inventory management expertise.
• Proven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement.
• Polished communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, collaborative store team.
• Drive operational efficiency with accurate inventory and loss prevention.
• Partner with store leadership to meet sales goals and KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT).
• Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences to strengthen loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand expectations.
• Oversee front and back of house operations, including replenishment and omni-channel activities.
• Coach team members, support clienteling, and reinforce luxury service standards.
• Collaborate with HQ Operations to optimize processes and store performance.
