Ana Luisa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Spring Street, Soho location in New York. You will lead and develop a high-performing store team while driving luxury client experiences and strong financial results.

You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional service, manage operations, and deliver brand-aligned events that engage the community and foster loyalty.

Formación

• 2+ years of luxury/premium retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and clienteling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Drive sales, KPI achievement, and profitability.
• Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences.
• Be a leadership presence on the sales floor and exceed luxury service standards.
• Plan and execute in-store events and client experiences.
• Champion clienteling and use insights to grow business.
• Oversee operations including inventory, omni-channel transactions, shipments, and store organization.
• Maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize scheduling and productivity.
