Maison Margiela in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will implement brand strategies, cultivate client relationships, oversee scheduling, training, and loss prevention, and ensure outstanding product knowledge and service for high-net-worth clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of luxury clientele, high-touch service, and clienteling techniques.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and retail POS software.
• Passion for luxury fashion, fine jewelry, watches, or lifestyle products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Communicate and track store sales and KPIs, providing context for results.
• Review store schedules weekly to ensure coverage and payroll management.
• Ensure the store meets expense budgets through monitoring and control of expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates; coordinate store logistics.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to motivate and engage the team.
• Deliver a personalized luxury experience to high-net-worth clientele; build client relationships via CRM.
