Maison Margiela is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in our Honolulu area store. You will own store results, deliver sales targets, and lead a high-performing team while upholding the brand’s identity on the floor and in all client interactions.

You will collaborate with merchandising, HR, operations, and marketing to drive business, develop staff, and ensure exceptional CRM and clienteling. This exempt role requires leadership and a passion for luxury retail.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in retail management or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
• Previous client book preferred.
• Financial Management experience.
• Leadership, comfortable having difficult conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an understanding of the store's sales and financial targets and act to achieve them.
• Support Store Manager in developing store strategy and action plans.
• Track daily store KPIs and communicate results and actions.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and coaching of the team.
• Drive client development and CRM activities to grow repeat business.
• Oversee daily store operations including stock flow and POS accuracy.
• Help manage payroll and scheduling within budgets.
• Execute merchandising and visual standards in line with brand direction.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and communicate handovers.
