Maison Margiela seeks an Assistant Store Manager to own store results, drive sales, and bring the brand identity to life in every client interaction. You will lead a high-performing team, develop client relationships, and ensure operational excellence while adhering to company policies and local labor law.

Reports to Store Manager and collaborates with headquarters/regional partners on merchandising, HR, operations, and marketing. Salary range: $75k-$80k.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in retail, luxury retail or service‑oriented organization preferred
• Financial Management experience

Responsabilités

• Lead store performance to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team.
• Ensure customer experience aligns with brand standards.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and POS accuracy.
• Partner with HR/marketing on programs and staffing.
• Manage scheduling and payroll within budgets.
