CELINE is seeking an Assistant Store Director in Beverly Hills to support the Store Director with operations, sales, training, and stock management. You will empower associates to deliver elevated customer experiences and maintain luxury standards on Rodeo Drive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably luxury.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and build effective teams.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and relationship management.
• Action oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Proven coaching skills and ability to develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director in implementing operational policies and stock management.
• Lead on clienteling and use client books for new client acquisition and retention.
• Coach on the selling floor and mentor the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide daily reporting and analysis as directed.
