Job summary

CELINE in Bal Harbour, FL is seeking a Selling Supervisor to mentor associates, manage sales and merchandise presentation, and drive an elevated luxury customer experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will lead and empower the sales team, coordinate client relations resources, and ensure precise POS operations, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Computer literacy; able to learn and use various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals; incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value; lead and empower the sales team to provide high quality customer service; coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service; manage floor supervision to improve sales results.
• Customer Service: Maintain the highest degree of customer service daily; assist sales associates with customer service issues; empower associates to make decisions and solve problems for better service.
• Operations: Use POS system effectively and manage inventory functions; open/close the store per company policies and balance tenders; administer follow-up and prêt‑à‑porter work; meet inventory accuracy and shrink targets; perform other projects as assigned.
• Visuals: Partner with Visual Manager to lead merchandising standards; support regional Visual Manager in planning and implementing an engaging visual environment; review sales and take action to improve performance.
• Human Resources: Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings; supervise the team and enforce company policies; identify training needs with the store manager.
