Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience focused on sales, luxury experience preferred.
• Proven success managing a multi-million-dollar client book through relationships.
• Strong client service, communication, problem-solving and results orientation with luxury products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support colleagues in their sales efforts.
• Welcome and advise clients across product categories using advanced clienteling to recruit new clients.
• Maintain strong brand and product knowledge and contribute to store objectives.
• Assist management with floor leadership, stock operations, and opening and closing duties.
• Mentor team members and support onboarding of new employees.
• Support stock, visual merchandising, and after-sales activities as needed.
