Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Business preferred.
• Strong knowledge of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations.
• Proficient with POS systems, Word, Excel and email.
• Strong client relationships and market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store performance and propose action plans to reach sales and KPI targets.
• Partner with leadership to maximize sales and margins.
• Oversee sales and KPI performance and prepare periodic competitive reports.
• Lead and develop a high-performing in-store team.
• Ensure superior customer service and Versace brand experience.
• Manage store operations, inventory and visual merchandising.
