Job summary

ZEGNA in Manhasset is seeking a General Manager to lead the boutique through exceptional service and strategic store leadership. You will partner with the Regional Director to elevate the client experience, drive sales, and grow the team with a focus on luxury standards.

You will set daily, weekly, and monthly targets, coach staff, manage operations, and ensure brand integrity while leveraging CRM insights to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding Made to Measure experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail or client-focused leadership.
• Proven ability to coach, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adept with CRM and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manhasset boutique within the Retail Leadership Team to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and develop store staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring brand standards and compliance.
