Qualifications

• 5+ years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
• College degree or equivalent experience; proficient digital literacy.
• Strong leadership ability to empower teams and drive performance.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to mediate and resolve customer and staff concerns; foreign languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team on the selling floor to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Develop and mentor associates, provide training and performance feedback.
• Manage clienteling efforts to drive new client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee visual merchandising and adjust displays to improve sales.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and retail handbook procedures.
• Perform daily reporting and sales analysis; share responsibility for store P&L.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink in coordination with operations.
• Handle customer issues and facilitate solutions to maintain high service standards.
