• 3+ years of luxury retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to achieve business goals, monitor sales floor coverage, and maintain customer focus.
• Supervise daily goals and tasks, and train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff.
• Maintain store manuals, operational logs, and sales audit practices.
• Manage company initiatives and assist with sales, shrink, controllable expenses, and payroll.
