Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant Store Director for the Rodeo Drive boutique to drive sales, coach the team, oversee stock and visual merchandising, and contribute to store reporting and P&L responsibilities. The candidate will lead by example on the selling floor, develop staff, and collaborate with VM and operations to maintain an exceptional shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail experience with emphasis on store management or office administration, preferably in luxury.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving, and social perceptiveness.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; computer literate.
• Foreign languages considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve and exceed category and individual sales objectives
• Lead by example on the selling floor and drive clienteling and new client acquisition
• Support sales process, handle customer issues, and assist with consignments
• Perform daily reporting and sales analysis and take action to improve results
• Ensure and maintain store visual merchandising standards in coordination with VM Manager
• Support recruitment, training initiatives, inventory accuracy, shrink control, and special projects
