Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support the sales and operations of a Tiffany store to meet targets.
• Direct managers to drive client development activity and cultivate new and existing clients.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively working on the floor and guiding the team.
• Coach team on Tiffany selling standards and client experience practices.
• Recruit, develop and retain diverse, multilingual talent.
