Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Bourbon Steak Restaurant Manager to lead a premium dining team, drive guest satisfaction, and implement promotional programs. You will inspire colleagues, develop leaders, and support F&B management in efficient operations.

Lead service, oversee scheduling and labor, manage wine and cocktail programs, and coordinate with culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage Manager experience in a leadership role required.
• 2-3 years as restaurant manager preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer.
• Understanding luxury service standards and steps of service.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications.
• University/college degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to manage wine and bar programs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Coordinate special requests and follow up with Colleagues & Management teams
• Forecasting, scheduling and labor control
• Beverage cost management
• Work closely with culinary team to ensure a successful service and guest experience
• Assist with restaurant Event Orders and attend designated meetings
• Assist with online menu accuracy as needed and corporate compliance
• Establish working relationship with Concierge to ensure guests' needs are met
