Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Bourbon Steak Server Assistant to represent the hallmark service of our dining experience. You will warmly welcome guests, support Food & Beverage Servers, and help ensure flawless service in a fine-dining environment.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of fine dining experience, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit. This on-site role offers meal benefits, training programs, and opportunities to grow within our luxury hospitality team.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years previous fine dining service experience required.
• Previous POS system experience an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
