Job summary

Accor's Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Bourbon Steak Server Assistant to help deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will welcome guests, support Food & Beverage teams, and ensure impeccable service in a luxury environment at one of Scottsdale's premier hotels.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in fine dining, experience with POS systems, and strong communication skills. This full-time role offers on-site work with extensive team collaboration and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fine dining service.
• POS system experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet.
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
