• Spa Manager should have basic understanding of Microsoft applications, phone etiquette and Spa Soft systems.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Spa management and performance, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience.
• Maintain service quality, facilities, equipment and brand standards.
• Prepare monthly financial, operational, and statistical reports for hotel senior management.
