Four Seasons is seeking a strategic Director of Spa and Wellness to lead our Spa and Fitness Center, elevating guest experiences and staff performance in a luxury setting. You will partner with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain exceptional service standards while driving profitability and wellness innovation.

The role requires a track record of leadership in upscale spa environments, with a emphasis on team development, operations excellence, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury spa or full-service hospitality environments.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Spa and Fitness Center operations with focus on service excellence.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Housekeeping, Engineering to elevate guest experiences.
• Drive personalized, luxury wellness experiences and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Spa team through training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture with accountability.
