The ideal candidate has 5+ years of luxury spa management, deep knowledge of 5-star service, and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining exceptional guest care. English fluency and US work authorization are required.

• Minimum 5 years management experience in a luxury Spa.
• Thorough knowledge of 5-star service standards and spa staffing models.
• Ability to schedule staff and complete payroll records and reports within budget guidelines.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and maintaining spa morale.
