Job summary

Biologique-Recherche seeks a Spa & Store Manager to lead day-to-day spa operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive retail growth within a luxury setting. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on supervision of staff, inventory, systems, and guest relations to uphold premium brand standards.

You will drive sales, manage cabin occupancy, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to execute service and product initiatives that elevate the brand and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• 4+ years management experience in a high-end spa or luxury retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with discretion.
• Strong leadership presence to inspire diverse teams.
• Keen attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Master proficiency in facial treatments and product knowledge of premium skincare brands.
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and customer service strategies within the Spa, aligning with retail initiatives to drive sales and client loyalty.
• Drive sales performance through target setting, staff guidance, and effective retail activations.
• Monitor KPIs and product/service reporting to foster a productive gelled team.
• Oversee spa performance, services and events with data-driven decisions to drive growth.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and payroll adherence.
• Foster a collaborative, luxurious service culture and ensure brand standards are met.
