Job summary

Biologique-Recherche seeks a Client Advisor to champion guest experience on the spa and retail floor in our New York venue. You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins, process payments, and support staff to uphold luxury standards from arrival to departure.

You’ll drive revenue through informed product recommendations, maintain visual merchandising, monitor inventory, and coordinate between therapists, estheticians, and management to ensure flawless service delivery in a calm, polished environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in roles with high performance expectations (retail, guest service, or administrative) especially in luxury or wellness.
• Familiarity with spa or salon scheduling software such as Mindbody, Booker, or Zenoti.
• High school diploma required; additional hospitality/business coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, check-in/out with elegance, answer calls, manage bookings, and handle inquiries.
• Coordinate between spa therapists, estheticians, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Drive retail performance and manage key holder duties, including opening/closing and securing the facility.
• Maintain spa software with bookings, guest records, and service notes; process payments and apply discounts.
