Qualifications
- Current and valid state massage therapy license.
- Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education.
- Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities.
- Strong guest communication, consultation, and retail recommendation skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customized Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massage services using approved protocols.
- Conduct thorough intake consultations and adapt each service to the guest's needs.
- Recommend and retail wellness products; proactively rebook guests at the end of each service.
- Enter complete SOAP notes and guest records after every appointment.
