Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk, concierge, or spa experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spa services and wellness products is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Proficient in scheduling or point-of-sale systems (Mindbody, Book4Time, SpaSoft).

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet spa guests and members, assist with check-in/check-out and orientation of spa facilities.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using spa management software.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, providers, availability, and retail offerings.
