Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized recommendations and itinerary planning for guests.
• Coordinate dining, spa, golf, transportation and activity reservations.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and custom guest experiences.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to internal departments.
• Support pre-arrival planning and in-stay guest engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and service details in resort systems.
• Stay informed on resort amenities, events and local attractions.
• Support front desk and bell services during peak periods as needed.

The Concierge team plays a critical role in creating personalized, seamless guest experiences from arrival through departure.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Concierge Agent is responsible for delivering elevated, personalized service by assisting guests with reservations, activity planning, transportation coordination, and special requests. This role serves as a key ambassador of the resort, providing knowledgeable recommendations and proactive service to ensure each guest experience exceeds expectations. The Front Desk Concierge Agent supports consistent daily coverage and plays an active role in guest relationship building and service recovery.

Job Specifications

Onsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-TimePay Rate: $19 – $21.50/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
