Job summary

Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah, is seeking a Spa Front Desk Concierge to warmly welcome guests, manage spa appointments, and provide information about services and amenities in a tranquil luxury setting.

This onsite, part-time role requires strong guest service, attention to detail, and the ability to operate spa software. The position offers a pay rate of $16 to $18 per hour plus resort benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk or spa experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spa services and wellness products a plus.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet spa guests and assist with check-in and orientation.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using spa software.
• Maintain knowledge of services, providers, and retail offerings.
• Process payments, gift cards, and retail transactions accurately.
• Assist with locker room oversight and cleanliness.
• Communicate special requests to spa providers.
• Handle guest issues discreetly and escalate when needed.
