Black Desert Resort in Utah is seeking a Front Desk Concierge Agent to deliver elevated, personalized service. You will assist guests with reservations, activity planning, transportation coordination, and special requests, becoming a key ambassador of our ultra-premium resort.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized recommendations and itinerary planning for guests.
• Coordinate dining, spa, golf, transportation and activity reservations.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and custom guest experiences.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to internal departments.
• Support pre-arrival planning and in-stay guest engagement.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and service details in resort systems.
• Stay informed on resort amenities, events and local attractions.
• Support front desk and bell services during peak periods as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
