Job summary

Woodhouse Spa is seeking a Floor Manager to ensure impeccable guest experiences in our luxury day spa. You will oversee guest interactions, reservations, coaching, KPIs, inventory, and retail sales on demanding 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience is required.
• Hospitality experience in high-end settings (restaurants, spas, hotels) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Guest interactions: provide exceptional service and understand guest preferences.
• Reservation management and recovery: oversee bookings and promptly address concerns.
• Team coaching and management: lead and motivate hospitality staff to deliver outstanding care.
• KPI achievement: drive guest satisfaction, revenue targets and productivity.
• Inventory management: handle PO reception, retail styling, counts, and storage organization.
• Retail sales: promote products with strong product knowledge.
