Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience.
• Comfortable standing for 12-hour shifts.
• Hospitality experience in luxury environments (spas, restaurants, hotels) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure guest needs are understood and exceeded.
• Oversee guest reservations, confirmations, and handle concerns professionally.
• Lead and coach a team of hospitality professionals to maintain high service standards.
• Drive KPIs related to guest satisfaction, revenue, and productivity.
• Manage inventory, PO receiving, retail styling, and organize stock in storage and on the floor.
• Promote retail products with strong product knowledge and styling expertise.
