Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC seeks a Lead Spa Host to oversee the front desk and guest relations in our luxury spa. You will ensure a warm welcome, efficient check-in/out, and outstanding service, while guiding spa leadership communication with host/linen teams.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, detailing facility features, managing appointments, and assisting with bookings. A polished appearance and prior luxury-spa experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a similar role for a high-luxury spa or resort is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Polished appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with guests at entry and exit of the facility.
• Provide a luxury experience and engage conversations with guests and members.
• Ensure spa facilities are neat, clean, and well stocked.
• Review guest appointments and escort them to treatments as needed.
• Assist guests with questions and booking requests while in the spa.
• Attend and participate in staff trainings and meetings.
