Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume luxury spa or resort.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• SpaSoft, HotSOS and Opera knowledge preferred.
• Nevada Food Handler's Card required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments via phone or in person.
• Know spa treatments and actively suggest services.
• Assist guests with check-in and spa access.
• Process payments and reconcile daily sales and deposits.
• Maintain department policies and safety guidelines.
• Keep spa areas clean and organized; replenish inventories daily.
• Assist in fitness area and ensure equipment is available.
