Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Lead Concierge for our spa front desk. You will greet guests, book appointments, check guests in and out, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining orderly operations.

As a member of the Spa Lead team, you will supervise front desk flow, respond to emails and messages, and promote spa services and retail. The role requires detail orientation, strong customer service, and excellent communication and computer skills.
