The role requires strong English communication, basic math for billing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior front desk or luxury hotel experience is a plus, with a customer-service mindset and team spirit.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a hotel or Spa environment.
• Working knowledge of spa services and products.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the Spa and assist with inquiries.
• Provide services to guests in a timely, courteous, and proficient manner.
• Support daily spa operations and teamwork to contribute to success.
