Responsibilities

• Oversee spa and boutique daily operations to ensure a luxury guest experience.

• Manage retail inventory, pricing, and merchandising, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Drive sales, monitor performance, and uphold Auberge Resorts Collection service standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety, policy, and hospitality excellence across operations.
