Job summary

Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Collection in Washington, Connecticut, seeks an experienced Massage Therapist to deliver spa services with personalized care and professionalism. You will greet guests, prepare treatment rooms, and support sanitation and operation standards across the spa.

Two years of licensed massage experience and a state license are required, with preference for luxury-hotel spa experience and flexible weekend availability to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• State license required to practice.
• Experience in a luxury spa or hotel spa is preferred.
• Strong communication, professionalism and healing-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to a minimum of three days a week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to treatment rooms, attending to immediate needs during spa visit.
• Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications while following property standards.
• Perform prep work and maintain room cleanliness and stock as required.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout treatments.
• Maintain professional ethics and personalized service for each guest.
• Keep work area clean and spa areas orderly at all times; sanitize per policy.
