Job summary

Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Collection in Washington, CT, seeks a Spa Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of our spa and wellness facilities while delivering warm, guest-focused service.

You will clean locker rooms, restrooms, and public spaces, stock supplies, assist guests, and support smooth spa operations from opening to close. Prior hospitality experience preferred; a proactive, detail-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or spa environments preferred.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness in spa areas including locker rooms and lounges.
• Clean, sanitize and restock lockers and amenities throughout the day.
• Refresh public spaces and remove used items as needed.
• Monitor spa appearance and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Greet guests, answer basic questions and assist with wayfinding.
• Prepare guest areas before opening and maintain them during the day.
• Transport soiled linens to laundry and replenish clean linens.
• Assist guests with information about spa facilities as required.
