Saatva, Inc. is seeking Sleep Guides for our nationwide Viewing Rooms to provide an immersive, high-touch customer experience. You will become a product expert, confidently guiding guests through Saatva’s luxury sleep solutions on the showroom floor and via live interactions.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a can-do attitude. Weekend availability is expected; competitive compensation includes benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (training available).
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience preferred.
