Saatva, Inc. is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Room network.

As a Sleep Guide, you will deliver a world-class, immersive experience with our luxury mattresses, become a product expert, and help customers make informed sleep-health decisions on showroom floors, by phone, and via live chat as needed. We value exceptional communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, people-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking and task completion
• Comfortable using PCs and multiple platforms
• Positive attitude and teamwork oriented

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address inquiries, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain timely attendance during all scheduled shifts.
• Be available to work weekends and major retail holidays.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience and become a product expert.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, live chat, and in-person on the showroom floor as needed.
