Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. They will provide immersive, elevated experiences with our full range of mattresses and embody the Saatva luxury brand on the showroom floor.

Sleep Guides become product experts, confidently assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues via in-person interactions, phone, and live chat as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Well-organized with multitasking and commitment to high-quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and navigating multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
• Clearly communicate product benefits, address customer inquiries, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance as a KPI during all scheduled shifts.
• Full-time schedule with the requirement to work Friday - Sunday.
• Availability to work major retail holidays.
